How can I pay?
All payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal protects you as the buyer and us as the seller. Please contact us for more payment options.

Do you offer international or overnight delivery?
Yes, at an additional cost. Please send us an email if you need international or overnight shipping.
What type of sizing do you use on your site?
All bundles are 3.3-3.5 ounces in weight (weighed from weft to end of hair).
All closures are 3.5x4".

What is your return policy?
Effective July 2014, we have a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy! If there is a problem with your order please contact us to discuss options.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing your order. After orders have processed we do not allow orders to be cancelled or changed.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking numbers are updated to the PayPal account associated with your order. Orders are shipped using USPS and can be tracked once you receive the tracking email via PayPal on behalf of Gorgeous Goddess Hair. We ask for 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping, unless otherwise stated.
Can I buy a gift card?
At this time we do not allow gift cards, however, feel free to make a purchase and we can have it sent on your behalf. =)

How long will it take until I receive my order?
General order processing and shipping takes 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. This does not include holidays (state and national) or weekends. Our 50% off promotion sale, usually offered twice a year, we ask for 10-14 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order ships, tracking numbers are updated to the PayPal account associated with your order. We ask for 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping, unless otherwise stated.
